Contributor Terms & Conditions

1. Content Ownership & Originality

All content uploaded to Graphotos must be original work created by the contributor. By uploading, you confirm that:

• You are the sole creator and copyright holder of the content.
• The content has not been published, sold, or licensed on any other stock media platform.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any recognizable persons have provided a signed model release.
• Any recognizable private property has a property release.

2. Pricing & Commission

Contributors set their own price for each piece of media, with a minimum base price of $1.00.

When a purchase is made, the contributor receives 50% of the sale price. Graphotos retains 50% as a platform fee to cover hosting, bandwidth, payment processing, and marketing.

3. Content Standards

All uploaded content must meet the following standards:

• High-resolution images (minimum 2000px on the longest side).
• No visible watermarks, logos, or signatures.
• Proper exposure, focus, and composition.
• No offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as such.

4. Review & Approval

All submissions are subject to review by the Graphotos team. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet our quality standards or violates these terms. Rejected content will be removed after the retention period specified in our settings.

5. Payouts

Contributors can request a payout once their balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50.00. Payouts are processed via PayPal or bank transfer.

6. Account Termination

Graphotos reserves the right to suspend or terminate contributor accounts that violate these terms. Contributors may also close their account at any time, but pending earnings must be settled first.
